This book is a mixture of facts and stories and about how I work.
We all work differently, so this isn't a book criticising others & their point of view; this is mine.
I think the easiest thing with spirit is to get overloaded with being told to do this or that and there is so much information out there. So, one piece of advice that I would give is to read, read, read and then take on board anything that resonates with you. If it doesn't, let it go. 
In my experience, the key to anything within spirit is trust. You will hear a lot of this in the book. I write as I think, so there are bits that you really just have to read aloud in a British accent and remind yourself that spirit is fun as well.
